As your therapist my aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to address your needs. I utilize a strength-based approach, which builds on each client’s inherent strengths. I employ cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based strategies to help resolve problems and create a positive outcome.

As a therapist I love being able to help people become more engaged and successful in their lives, by helping to set and achieve goals or improving their relationships.
