I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have a particular interest in working with childhood onset disorders like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I am skilled at helping to provide coping mechanisms, and building resiliency to reduce anxiety and depression. This often leads to improved relationships with friends and family and better performance at school.

As your therapist my aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to address your needs. I utilize a strength-based approach, which builds on each client’s inherent strengths. I employ cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based strategies to help resolve problems and create a positive outcome.

As a therapist I love being able to help people become more engaged and successful in their lives, by helping to set and achieve goals or improving their relationships.

I am grateful for the opportunity to help improve the quality of life for my clients.

Common types of Clients I work with

– Children/Adolescents who are struggling at home or in school.
– Children/Adolescents who have been diagnosed with ADHD or ODD.
– Adults or Children with anxiety or depression.
– Major life changes including loss, divorce, retirement, career issues.

For fun, I enjoy spending time with family, tennis, reading, and traveling – especially the islands and spectacular beaches of the Philippines.
